About us
We are an English and Dutch couple, coming from a professional background and hence we know the importance of delivering and meeting expectations of our guests. We understand you as languages spoken include English, Dutch, French, German and of course Spanish.
It all started with renovating three houses in the Jalon Valley, Costa Blanca, Spain. Our Casa Sadie became our home, and we loved to ensure that our guests would enjoy their dream holiday in Finca Alegria and Casita Muneca. Many happy rental guests later, we moved to Moraira to also allow guests to enjoy our beautiful Casa Sadie.
We like to look after the properties ourselves and are always busy with keeping the gardens, pools and houses looking welcoming for you.
Our goal is to ensure people to have an unforgettable holiday with many happy memories, and of course to welcome them back in the future!
We are an English and Dutch couple, with over 20 years’ house ownership on the Costa Blanca. Both of us are coming from a professional background and hence we know the importance of delivering and meeting expectations of our customers.
Our extensive knowledge of the area ensures advice tailored to your needs. We understand you as languages spoken include English, Dutch, French, German and of course Spanish. It all started with many happy rental guests asking us to support them with advice on buying locally. Many evenings were spent discussing and advising their dream over a bottle of wine. Our own dream of finding, buying, renting out and renovating properties, gave us confidence, contacts and expertise in housing projects.
We both have an extensive background in global aviation project management and always have had big real estate interests. Finding property gems was a nice distraction from board meetings and long-distance travel. Every time coming home to Costa Blanca made us decide that we can help people to follow their dream, whether it is to have an unforgettable holiday, a new home under the sun, selling their home, or a renovation project successfully managed and finalised.
