About us

We are an English and Dutch couple who came to the beautiful Jalón Valley on the Costa Blanca with a shared dream: to create welcoming homes where guests could enjoy a wonderful holiday and make lasting memories. Coming from professional backgrounds, we understand the importance of trust, attention to detail and delivering on our promises. Between us, we speak English, Dutch, French, German and, of course, Spanish.

Our journey began with the renovation of three houses in the Jalón Valley. We put our hearts into creating Casa Sadie and Casita Muñeca, wanting every guest to feel at home and enjoy their own special escape in Spain. After welcoming many happy holidaymakers, we moved to Finca Alegría, where we continued our dream of sharing the beauty and tranquillity of this special place with others.

Over the years, these properties have become much more than houses to us. They reflect the time, care, hard work and love we have invested in making them special. Dave and I always enjoyed looking after the properties ourselves, from the gardens and pools to the little details that make a house feel welcoming. That personal touch has always been an important part of what we offer. Our greatest pleasure has always been knowing that people leave with wonderful memories of their stay, and we are delighted when they choose to return.
Dave sadly passed away in March 2026. Although he is no longer here to share in the day-to-day running of our properties, the dream we built together remains.
Everything we have built has been part of a shared journey, and I am proud to continue that story. Dave's legacy lives on in the properties we lovingly created, the guests we have welcomed and the memories made along the way.
